- No Credit or Lending Evaluation: Health Connect data is never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions.

Purpose & Usage of Information

- Customer Support Correspondence: Retained for up to 12 months following ticket resolution to assist with follow-ups, then permanently archived or deleted.
