By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dr.Free Blood Sugar Monitor ("App" or "Service"), published by Editors' Choice Application Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately and remove it from your device.

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Editors' Choice Application Co., Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and execute the App on compatible mobile devices (Android and iOS) owned or controlled by you.

• Google Play Terms: Your use of the App downloaded via Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Apple App Store Terms: If downloaded from Apple App Store, this agreement supplements the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Restrictions: You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, or resell the App without prior written authorization.

The App provides core tracking capabilities for free and may offer optional premium features through In-App Purchases or subscriptions managed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store.

• Store-Managed Billing: All transactions are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We never store or handle raw payment cards or banking credentials.
• Refund Policy: All refund requests must be submitted directly through Google Play Help or Apple Support according to their established refund guidelines.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Dr.Free Blood Sugar Monitor—including software code, visual UI design, iconography, charts, algorithms, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Editors' Choice Application Co., Ltd.

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, not to attempt to circumvent security protections, and not to transmit malicious code or disrupt device performance.

You retain full ownership of any health logs, notes, or entries you create within the App. All health records are stored locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and our strict non-sale guarantee.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDITORS' CHOICE APPLICATION CO., LTD. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR ANY ERRORS IN MEDICAL LOG TRACKING.
